Pilates with Pip Grant has relieved 99% of my back and hip pain. A little tightness when I first get out of bed however that is gone with 30 seconds and the odd niggle but nothing like the back pain I had.

I still work out at the gym 3 to 4 times a week and Pilates keeps my back in check. Easy exercises once a fortnight means practically no more pain to the point where I quite often forget I have a back ailment.
